I started Praise Pilates because I was tired of seeing Pilates turn into something exclusive - studios filled with overpriced matcha, designer brands, and memberships that cost a fortune.
I couldn’t keep up with the pressure or the prices, so I started working out at home.
And honestly? I’ve never felt healthier or happier.
All I needed was a mat that made me want to roll it out.
When I couldn’t find one that was affordable, functional, and actually cute - I decided to design it myself.
Praise Pilates was born from that idea:
that movement should feel good, not pressured, and that beautiful, high-quality equipment can make showing up for yourself feel exciting again.
