We truly hope you love your order, but please read our returns policy carefully before placing your purchase.
1. Change of Mind Returns
Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, we can only accept returns for products that are:
- unused
- in original condition
- in original packaging
- returned within 14 days of delivery
Products must be returned in a resaleable condition.
If an item has been used beyond reasonable inspection, opened, damaged, marked, washed, stretched, or shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a reduced refund where appropriate.

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously and carefully inspect all products before dispatch.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the product and packaging
Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed, as this may be required for courier investigations.
We cannot accept responsibility for:
- damage reported outside of this timeframe
- misuse or improper care
- normal wear and tear
- minor cosmetic imperfections resulting from manufacturing or transit that do not affect functionality
Where appropriate and approved, we may offer:
- a replacement
- refund
- partial refund
- or store credit
at our discretion.
3. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
Please note:
- original shipping fees are non-refundable
- customs duties, import taxes, VAT charges, and handling fees are non-refundable where applicable
- return shipping costs are non-refundable unless legally required otherwise
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- mats showing signs of use, wear, markings, stretching, odours, or damage
- grip socks where original packaging has been opened or removed
- items returned outside of the 14-day return window
- items not returned in original packaging and condition
- sale, promotional, or clearance items unless faulty
Customers may inspect products as they would in a retail environment. Any use beyond this may result in refusal of the return or a reduced refund.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return for your eligible item and place a new order separately.
6. International & EU Orders
Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be responsible for:
- customs duties
- import taxes
- VAT charges
- local handling fees
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
If an international order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, original shipping costs and any return fees incurred may be deducted from your refund.
7. Important Information
Please note:
- colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting
- minor surface marks or packaging impressions may naturally occur during manufacturing or transit and are not considered faults
- delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, weather, or high seasonal demand are outside of our direct control
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
