Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Delivery timeframes apply from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

We offer a range of shipping options at checkout depending on your location and available courier services.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where applicable).
Orders are considered dispatched once the parcel has been collected or scanned by the courier.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- delivery location
- order size/weight
- selected courier service
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website where applicable.
International & EU Shipping
Praise Pilates currently ships within the United Kingdom and selected European destinations.
International delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.
Customers outside the UK may be responsible for:
- customs duties
- import taxes
- VAT charges
- additional handling fees imposed by local authorities or courier services
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- an incorrect/incomplete address
- failed delivery attempts
- unclaimed parcels
- refusal of delivery
the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs incurred.
Damaged, Lost or Tampered Parcels
We carefully package all orders before dispatch.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- clear photos of the outer packaging
- clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- your order number
Please retain all packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed.
While we will always do our best to assist, Praise Pilates is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services once an order has been dispatched.
Claims reported outside of the 48-hour window may not be accepted.
Where appropriate and verified, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are provided by courier services and are not guaranteed.
Praise Pilates is not liable for delays caused by:
- courier disruptions
- customs delays
- severe weather
- strikes or industrial action
- high seasonal demand
- incorrect customer information
